This year’s topics focused on the issues and progress around urban climate change. The agenda targeted Climate protection and energy and Climate Impact Adaptation and Water Resource Management. Jason Knouft, Ph.D., Professor, Department of Biology, Saint Louis University, and Director, Freshwater Policy Institute, National Great Rivers Research and Education Center, and Expert Consultant, Water and Climate Security, U.S. Department of State, provided a presentation about water security and management of the Missouri and Mississippi Rivers.
